Morning:
Meet up with our tour guide at your hotel in Hanoi at 8:00AM then enjoy the drive to Halong City.
En route, capture beautiful sceneries of Vietnam with lush green paddy fields, romantic rivers and grandiose mountains. Reach Tuan Chau Wharf at noon and transfer to the vessel,
Afternoon:
After listening to safety instruction and rom check-in, come back to the dining room for tasty Vietnamese lunch while the ship is sailing deeper into the Bay. The first destination of the journey is Luon Cave, where you may explore by local bamboo boat or kayaking. Afterwards, visit the beautiful Ti Top Beach for swimming (weather permits).
Evening:
Return to the vessel, take a bath and refreshment. The dinner is ready by 7:00PM with another menu of delicious BBQ seafood. For the rest of the night, you may either have a refined drink at the onboard bar or take part in team building activities with your family or friends. If weather allows, you can join in our exciting squid fishing time. Overnight and anchor in Luom Bo area.

We booked 3D2N tour with Glory Legend Cruise from Blue Dragon Tours. Everything was running smooth. They picked us up from the hotel we stayed around Hoan Kiem Lake, and we had 2-3 hours trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay with the van. I read previous reviews saying that the road will be bumpy, but I think it was alright. I was sleeping (most of us in the van too) about 2/3 of the time. So that was ok.
What we love about this cruise is that the cabin/room is very nice. Super love. It is clean, beautiful view, and the plus point that you can get from Glory Legend is, even though you book deluxe cabin without balcony, the window itself is super huge you can open it you feel like you have your own! It is like, infinite balcony cus it's literally next to your bed. I prefer that rather than you have to open the door and sit outside in the balcony. Here you can just sit on the bed and there you go, sea in front of you. We slept with the window open all night, don't really need AC. It was wonderful.
The food comes in big portions, set menu, you'll be full all day. But I must say they have to do something with the flavour, it's a bit bland in some course. Seafood is always fresh, and the spring roll and soups, yum! But fried rice.. oh well..
Anyway a little tips, since they don't provide any kind of beverages (including mineral water), and they sell all beverages in like 5-10 times more expensive than normal.. a little tips for you, go ahead and buy big bottles (1,5-2L) of mineral water the day before the trip. I say for 2 person, 4 bottle is enough for the trip (if you also make use of the happy hour time when you can get beers or alcohol for slightly ok price).
Overall a very unforgettable experience. Good hospitality from the entire crew. Will be back again.

To be honest, I did not expect the trip to go that great, I mean, who can think of all these amenities being available on a cruise? (well, it is more like junk boat than a cruise for me). Glory did an excellent job in hosting our group of 7 adults and 4 children: they gave us 5 cabins while we basically paid just 4! Cuong was brilliant. We have a five year old & he was lovely with Jake – gave him special attention & helped him with games, food & made a special effect to entertain him. Kenny was great too.Very informative & very helpful. We loved the boat. The spring roll demonstration & the sight & games & happy hour.
